The Chase Ink Business Credit Cards are like a secret weapon for small business owners who want to level up their perks and travel rewards. Whether you're all about earning cash back, racking up travel rewards, or getting the most points for every dollar spent, these cards have something for everyone. With a few different options to choose from, you can pick the one that best suits your goals and start planning those dreamy vacations! 🏝️✈️
Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card
The Ink Business Preferred card earns the same Chase Ultimate Rewards as the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card and the Chase Sapphire Reserve®, so you can transfer these points out directly to transfer partners. This card has the highest standard welcome offer of the 3 Ink cards, but also comes with the highest minimum spend requirement, so I recommend having a plan on how you will meet minimum spend before you open this card. Consider planning ahead for things like a home repair, a medical bill, or childcare or tuition expenses!
Reasons to love this card:
-90,000 flexible points worth at least $1,125 toward travel
-Low $95 annual fee
-Trip cancellation/interruption insurance
-Cell phone protection
Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card
The Ink Business Unlimited card is one of the no annual fee business cards (yes, NO annual fee for all those points! 🤯) from Chase bank that offers a generous welcome bonus and a flat 1.5% cash back (or 1.5x the points) on all purchases. This is technically a cash back card, but if you have either the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card, the Chase Sapphire Reserve®, or the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card, then you would be able to combine the points you earn on this card to be able to transfer these points out to transfer partners!
Reasons to love this card:
-$750 cash back or 75,000 flexible points after spending $6,000 in the first 3 months of card opening
-NO annual fee
-1.5x the points on everything
-Travel and purchase protections
Ink Business Cash® Credit Card
The Ink Business Cash card is the other no annual fee business cards from Chase bank that offers a two-tiered welcome bonus (making the welcome offer even more attainable if you don’t have a high spending budget 👏🏻). This is a also cash back card, but you could combine these points with the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card, the Chase Sapphire Reserve®, or the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card, and transfer the points out to partners!
Reasons to love this card:
-Earn a total of $750 cash back or 75,000 points:
*Earn $350 when you spend $3,000 in the first 3 months; earn an additional $400 after spending $6,000 in the first 6 months after card opening.
-NO annual fee
-5% cash back on the first $25,000 spent at office supply stores, on internet, cable or phone each year
Best ways to use these points
Transfer points to partners
This card racks up Chase Ultimate Rewards® points…and the best part? You can transfer them to 14 different travel partners! If you want to get the most bang for your points, transferring them is the way to go. Hyatt is hands-down my top pick since Chase is the only transfer partner for their award program, and you can easily score 2+ cents per point when using your points for Hyatt stays. But don’t forget about other great options like Southwest, United, Air Canada, and British Airways—they’re all solid choices for turning your points into unforgettable trips!
Book in the travel portal
You can also use your points to book travel through the Chase Travel℠ portal. Whether it's flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, or even cool experiences, it's all bookable with your points in Chase Travel℠! Plus, when you book through the portal, you'll get 1.25 cents per point!
🌟But here's a little pro tip: before you book, check the airline or hotel website directly to see if the price is lower. If it is, and they're a transfer partner, then you can transfer for an even better redemption rate!
Which one is right for me?
What I love more about these cards is that you can hold all 3 of these business credit cards for each business that you have! So what’s my strategy for these cards? I usually go for whichever card has the best current offer. If they're all on the standard offer, I’d recommend starting with one that has no annual fee—just make sure you’ve got either the Chase Sapphire Preferred or Chase Sapphire Reserve to pool those points so you can transfer them out to partners. But you can't go wrong with any of them, and I currently have all 3!
And when you’re ready to apply, I’ve laid out everything you need to know about how to complete a business credit card application, so check it out here! ⬅
Side note: I cannot say thank you enough for using my links to apply! I earn a commission for those applications at no cost to you, and it helps keep all the free resources and support coming! 🩷
